
IT Support Engineer
WORK DESCRIPTION
- Managing and operating internal IT infrastructure
- Running the Help Desk
REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in supporting game production
- Someone with hospitality mindset
- Native level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 required)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Windows and Linux
- Experience using network equipment such as switches and routers
- Experience with cloud-based systems such as Azure or AWS
