
HR Generalist
WORK DESCRIPTION
You will be in charge of all aspects of human resources (HR) including hiring.
The position covers a variety of tasks centered around establishing HR policies and systems, planning and proposal of employee benefits, etc. and includes tasks such as recruitment. This is a hands-on role and the duties must be handled with speed.
We are looking for people interested in promoting globalization within the organization and striving together as a member of a team of professionals.
■HR-related duties
- Establishing and managing HR policies and systems
- Managing performance evaluations
- Caring for and managing employee's mental health
- Managing and arranging events, training programs, and other initiatives to enhance in-house engagement
- Partial involvement in labor management duties, etc.
■Recruitment-related duties
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related matters with candidates and recruitment agencies, and handling hiring interviews
- Planning and managing recruitment marketing activities
- Managing job descriptions and coordinating with other departments, etc.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Has broad experience in HR work, including planning and proposal of ideas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (Not including recruitment and recruiter experience)
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Business-level English proficiency
- Knowledge of labor management practices
