WORK DESCRIPTION
- Interpretation and translation in Japanese and English
Interpreting/translating in internal meetings and/or with companies overseas
Supporting communication for staff members who don't speak Japanese or don't speak English
- Providing various support for overseas staff who are relocating to Japan
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
- Experience as an interpreter, translator, or a similar role
- Someone with Japanese and English bilingual communication skills (oral and written)
- Someone with an interest and enthusiasm for games or the entertainment industry
- Someone with a hospitality mindset and enjoys helping others
- Someone with an understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to work well amongst people with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to communicate actively and not be afraid to speak in front of people or cameras
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience working with foreign nationals
- Past experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Experience supporting people in relocating from overseas
