Work Description

  • Designing the map in line with the instructions given by the director
  • Preparing general specifications and documents for each game element, including game flow design, screen definition, etc.
  • Adjusting placement of enemies or items on the map
  • Constructing missions or events using visual script
  • Adjusting each parameter

Requirements

  • Experience with 1 or more successful game development as a Level Designer or Environment Artist
  • Have excellent logical thinking and communication (mutual understanding) skills
    *New graduates and those that are new to the industry do not have to meet all of the qualification(s), but please show us other qualities and/or abilities you may have instead.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing games using UnrealEngine, Unity
  • Experience in using script language, either text-based or visual-based
  • Experience in designing a map using 3D tool
  • Experience in balance adjustment and enemy placement in an action game

  • Japanese CV (Rirekisho with photo) ※if available
  • CV with the following information:
    • List any and all game titles that you have been involved with, as well as your specific role/responsibilities in detail.
    • If there is a game engine you have used in the past, please specify the type of engine and what functions of the engine (tool) you used.
    • List any gaming-related software (Photoshop, Maya, etc.) that you have used and the number of years you have experience in each software, including any work or production that you would have been involved with.
    • Any other work that you feel showcases your abilities in-game production.

[EMPLOYMENT STATUS] Contract employee (promotion to Full-Time Employee is possible).

[LOCATION] Minato-ku Tokyo Japan (Nearest train station: Shinagawa station).

[WORK HOURS] 10:00 ー 18:45 or Discretionary Labor System
Standard work hour starts at 10:00 am. Exact work hours are left to individual discretion.

[SALARY] Annual salary, performance incentive system in place
