DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH
Rookie Porter SSS Support Campaign

DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH, which released on June 26th 2025, has been added to the roster of Game Trials on PlayStation Plus Premium.

To mark the occasion, we are running a limited-time social media campaign to connect with and support Rookie Porters. Participants will be entered into a draw to win an original T-shirt. 

Connect with players around the world to provide support for Rookie Porters via the Social Strand System! 

*Social Strand System: Bridges and ladders placed by other players, cargo dropped by accident or left on purpose for you...these are things that will help the players get connected and aid their journey as they continue through the world of DEATH STRANDING. The Social Strand System is a game mechanic that is original to DEATH STRANDING, in which traces of your gameplay are visible to other players, allowing players to link together and appreciate each other's contributions and exchanges.

【Campaign Details】

■Mission Period: August 20th 2025 – September 15th 2025 at 23:59 (JST)

■Prize: 30 winners selected by draw 
DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH Original T-Shirt (Size: L*)  

30 winners will be selected by lottery, and will be messaged via DM after the conclusion of the campaign.  
*It will not be possible to select t-shirt size.  

■How to Participate:  

1. Place equipment, weapons, tools, signs and structures to support rookie players in the Mexico area of the game. Alternatively, find and make use of items and structures left behind by the Veteran Porters you've connected with via the Social Strand System (don’t forget to leave a Like!)  
2. Use the PlayStation®5 screenshots feature and the in-game photo mode to take screenshots of items and structures 
3. Post your pictures on your X account with the hashtag #SupportRookiePorters

The following equipment is particularly useful for supporting and connecting with Rookie Porters:

• Generator

• BRIDGE LINK 
  BRIDGE LINKS is a system in which you can view a list of other players you've interacted with, along with their details. Signing a "Strand Contract" will further strengthen your connection with them and make it easier for the structures built by specific players to appear. Access the BRIDGE LINKS system through the Social Strand System (SSS) on your Ring Terminal.
